
Ox Tongue Thin Slices 300g
Our ox tongue is originally from a local farm in the beautiful land of Ireland. The tongue slice is full of white marble, it is extremely tender, incredibly soft and with a very rich taste. Every slice is thinly cut to a ~1.3mm thickness for the best HOT POT, Yakiniku and Korean BBQ experience.
Ox tongue has a very special texture and taste than other cuts of beef. It is very tasty when grilled to have very good caramelisation, this would elevate the flavour of the fat and the meat to another level.

Cooking Tips
- Defrost the whole pack unopened in a fridge for 12 to 24 hours before usage. Or immerse in cold water for faster results.
