Cooking Tips

  • Defrost the whole pack unopened in a fridge for 12 to 24 hours before usage. Or immerse in cold water for faster results.
  • To achieve the bright red colour of the beef, open the pack to let the meat in touch with air inside the fridge, sit it there for 15mins to 45mins and it will become bright red.

  • Store at -18˚C or colder. 
  • Meat must be cooked thoroughly. 
  • Use within 72 hours of opening. 
  • This product may contain bone. 
  • Do not eat the absorbent pad.
